Things to Do in El Fuerte, Sinaloa

For a first visit to El Fuerte, we’d spend the morning on the Fuerte River, the late afternoon walking the historic plaza, and sunset at the hilltop museum overlooking town. Then, the next morning, we’d board the Chepe Express for the Copper Canyon. El Fuerte is our hometown, and it’s where Copper Canyon Adventures has been welcoming travelers since 1999.
